Introducing Build 133
Saturday Mar 30, 2024
Saturday Mar 30, 2024
The Biblical Counseling Coalition is committed to building unity by fostering relationships in the biblical counseling movement. To that end, the BCC is focusing on the creation and growth of 133 Networks. 133 Networks are groups of biblical counselors who meet for encouragement, equipping, and engagement. The 133 Networks get their name from Psalm 133. This episode is a message from Psalm 133 that Dr. Solomon delivered at the inaugural meeting of the Louisville gathering of the Bluegrass BCC, a 133 Network in Kentucky. Listen and hear the BCC’s heart behind 133 Networks. The next few episodes will highlight various 133 Networks around the country. Join us in April 2024 for Build 133 by becoming a Partner and joining a 133 Network!

I Have PTSD Q&A
Saturday Feb 03, 2024
Saturday Feb 03, 2024
In this episode of 15:14, Lakin interviews Curtis Solomon about his latest book, I Have PTSD in front of a live audience at the Bookstore at Southern. Anyone who experiences a traumatic event feels confused, lost, out of control, unsure, and unsteady—disoriented. This kind of suffering leaves marks, sometimes on the body, always on the soul, and sometimes both. In I Have PTSD, Solomon helps both those who have suffered trauma, as well as their loved ones, to understand the physical, emotional, and spiritual effects of trauma, while offering gospel hope and practical ways to make that hope real in their lives.
