The first episode is a conversation between Kim Kira and Joni on unifying biblical counseling and disability ministry in the church. Kim is the lead pastor at Lighthouse Community Church in Torrence, California.

Dr. Josh Mack joins us for this episode of 15:14. Josh is a Council Member of the BCC, author of multiple books, pastor in Pretoria, South Africa, and son of well-known biblical counselor, Dr. Wayne Mack. Learn how Josh ended up across the planet, working with several ministries in South Africa and bringing the hope of the gospel to many people in a variety of ways. 

Kevin Hurt, Founding Pastor at Grace Bible Church in Clayton, GA and Executive Vice President of the International Association of Biblical Counselors (IABC) is our guest on this episode of 15:14. Kevin discusses the history of IABC, its role in the biblical counseling world, and how the Lord continues to work through this ministry today.

BCC Director, Curtis Solomon, recently had the opportunity to be the keynote speaker at the Canadian Biblical Counseling Coalition’s second annual conference. This week’s episode is the final of three addresses delivered by Curtis. It is entitled, “Exulting in God” and expounds truths from Romans 5:1-11 to help comfort those who are suffering.

This unique episode of 15:14 was recorded during the 2018 Called to Counsel Conference of the Association of Biblical Counselors. This episode is a collection of short interviews with attendees of the conference sharing about themselves, their ministries, what drew them to the conference as well as some take aways from the conference.

Domestic violence is an extremely challenging issue to address. This week's guest, Chris Moles, has over 17 years of experience dealing with this difficult topic. Chris has worked with the state and through the church to help both the victims and perpetrators of domestic violence. He and Curtis discuss some of the issues related to this challenging topic and offer resources for further education.
