BCC Council Board Member and pastor, Dwayne Bond, joins Curtis for a discussion about developing multiethnic church communities and the role biblical counseling plays in that endeavor.

Andi Rozier is the Worship Pastor for Harvest Bible Chapel in the Chicago area. He is also a song writer and leader of Vertical Worship. This interview discusses how biblical counseling was instrumental in Andi's life. We also explore some of the challenges faced by worship leaders and how God's Word helps keep them grounded in their faith and ministry.

This episode of 15:14 is inspired by the theme of this year's BCC Annual Leadership Summit, "Biblical Counseling & Disability Ministry." Joel and Rachel Golden adopted two boys who both have Down Syndrome. This interview takes place in their home and provides a small window into the struggles and blessings that come with being a family with special needs. As the Biblical Counseling Coalition Council Board gathers we will be discussing how biblical counselors can help address the spiritual struggles faced by people with disabilities, as well as their family and care givers. Joni Earekson Tada and a team from Joni & Friends will join us at the Summit to help us think through this important topic.

Ed Welch (Ph.D.) joins Curtis to discuss his newest book, A Small Book about a Big Problem. Dr. Welch brings years of wisdom gleaned from counseling many who struggle with sinful anger to this very accessible book. It is written for all people, whether they think they have a problem with anger or not, and it is written in short bites intended to be chewed on throughout the day for 50 days.

Bob Greenwood is Counseling Pastor at Grace Fellowship Church in Florence, KY. He and Curtis discuss the structure and role of the counseling ministry at Grace. They also consider how the counseling ministry integrates with small group ministry and other ministries of the church.

Brad Bigney is Pastor at Grace Fellowship Church in Florence, KY, author of Gospel Treason, and frequent speaker at biblical counseling conferences around the world. Curtis sits down with Brad in his study to discuss how Grace Fellowship Church was planted and founded with biblical counseling as a central tenant of the church and how that influences the culture and life of the church.

Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is a difficult subject to discuss, let alone counsel. In this episode of 15:14, Curtis had the chance to interview Rachael Rosser on the topic of counseling those who wrestle with Complex PTSD. Rachael is a Groups Minister at the Village Church in Plano, TX, as well as a LPC Supervisor with North Texas Christian Counseling. Rachael's experience in cross-cultural counseling, as well as working with women who have come out of long-term abuse or human trafficking, gives her unique insight into counseling this difficult issue.
